摘要
我国零售业经历了承包经营、硬件改造、业态替代、引进外资、急速发展、调整组合六个阶段,目前呈现出国际化、连锁化、技术化三大基本趋势。这一发展过程与发展趋势给我们的基本启示是:我国零售正处于变革的前夜,品牌化、差异化、人性化是零售业发展的基本方向。
China＇s retail industry has experienced six stages, namely, contractual operations, hardware improvement, format change, investment introduction, rapid development, and adjustment and regrouping. At present, we may notice internationalization, chain oiaerations, and technicalization as three basic trends, which reveal that China＇s retail industry is on the eve of revolution and that humanizaiton is the basic direction of its development.
