摘要 目的建立麝香草酚中有机残留溶剂1,2-二氯乙烷的气相色谱测定法。方法色谱柱为DB-624毛细管柱,FID检测器,进样口温度200℃、检测器温度250℃,载气为氮气。柱温采取程序升温:起始温度为60℃,保持10min,以每分钟50℃的速度升至210℃保持10min。结果线性范围为0.00312~0.0250mg/ml(r=0.9999);方法的检出限(S/N=3)为5.1×10-4μg,进样精密度良好。结论本方法简便、快速、灵敏,可用于麝香草酚残留有机溶剂的测定。 Objective To establish gas chromatography method for determination of organic solvent residue in material of Thymolum. Methods The DB - 624 column (30 m × 0. 322 mm ×1.8 μm) used, FID detector, the sample was dissolved in N, N -dimethylformanide ,the injector temperature was 200℃, the detector temperature was 250℃. The carry gas was nitrogen. The programming temperature of column, the initial temperature was kept at 60℃ for 10 min, the temperature was raised to 210℃ at rate of 50℃/min, and maintain for 10 min. Results 1,2 - Dichloroethane was not detected in three batches of Thymolum. The standard curves linear the range 0. 00312 - 0. 0250 mg/ml ( r = 0. 99991 ). The limits of detection were 5.1 × 10^-4 g (S/N = 3 ). Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, and accurate. It can be used to determine the organic solvent residue in material of Thymolum.
