摘要 本文针对现有弯头制造中存在的问题,提出了用环壳液压胀形工艺制造弯头的方法,分析了环壳的应力特点及塑性变形规律,通过实验,研究了环壳胀形过程位移及应变变化规律。研究表明,用液压成形法制造弯头是可行的,为大型弯头的制作提供了一种新工艺。 In this paper,the hydrobulging technology for maunfacturing elbow pipes is proposed to overcome the diffculties in manufacturing elbow by the conventional technologies.The distribution pattern of stresses in an ideal toroidal shell is analyzed.The strain distribution and the diameter variation are discussed during forming process. It is demonstrated theoretically and experimentally that manufacture of elbow pipes by hydrobulging technology is feasible.This work provides a new technology for manufacture of largesize elbow pipes.
