摘要
通过对矩形截面毛坯在平板间镦粗的物理模拟，定性地研究了毛坯长度尺寸对变形体内部应力状态的影响。把研究结果应用于拔长，得出了料宽比对毛坯轴向应力大小与性质没有明显影响的结论。
By the physical simulation on the upset of quadrangular section billet between flat platens,the influence of billet's dimension on the stress state within the forming body has been investigated qualitatively. The research results have been applied to the forge out and it is concluded that there is no obvious influence of billet's width on the value and quality of the axial stress of the billet
