摘要
本文介绍两种酚醛泡沫的制备,一种是用加热方法制备的普通酚醛泡沫,另一种是用尿素改性的酚醛泡沫的制备。前者的压缩强度较常温发泡提高一倍左右,吸水率降至原来的一半,导热系数由原来的0.033W/m·k降至0.028W/m·k,后者性能介于前者和常温发泡两种酚醛泡沫之间,但可降低成本。
篜reparation of two phenolic foams was introduced, such as, common phenoilc foam and urea-modified phenolic foam made at high temperature. The compressive strengh of the former made at high temperature was two times as much as that of common phenolic foam at room temperature, its water-absorbability decreased by 5O% and thermal conductivity decreased from O. 33w/m. k to O. O2w/m. k. The properties of the latter were in the middle of the former and common phenolic foaming at room temperature but the production cost decreased.
