脑卒中吞咽障碍的康复护理

Recovery nursing to swallow barrier of patients with apoplexy

目的:探讨康复训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍的疗效。方法:将115例脑卒中吞咽障碍的患者随机分为对照组(58例)和康复组(57例),两组都给予常规治疗和护理,康复组在给予常规治疗和护理的基础上外加康复训练。结果:两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组痊愈率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后康复组患者的吞咽功能比治疗前有明显改善。结论:康复护理训练对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的康复有着积极的意义,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of recovery training to swallow barrier of apoplexy. Methods： 115 patients who were suffered from swallow barrier of apoplexy were randomly divided into comparison group （58 cases） and the recovery training group （57 cases）. Two groups were given the conventional treatment and nursing, in addition, the recovery group was given recovery training. Results： Total effectiveness of the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.01）. The healing rate of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the swallow function of recovery training group patients had distinct improvement compared with that before treatment. Conclusion： The recovery nursing training to swallow barrier of apoplexy patients＇ recovery has positive significance, and is worth promoting the application in clinic.
