多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊对变应性鼻炎的免疫调节及临床近期疗效观察

Immune modulatory and therapeutic effect of Mannatide Capsules on perennial allergic rhinitis

目的:观察多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊对常年性变应性鼻炎患者的免疫调节作用及临床近期疗效。方法:将60例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上给予多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊口服,每次10mg,1日3次,疗程为1个月。治疗结束后对临床疗效进行评价,并检测两组患者治疗前、后血清IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE水平,血单个核细胞CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8水平。结果:实验组有效率为96.66%,对照组为73.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗后血清IgE水平明显降低,IgG、IgA、CD3、CD4及CD4/CD8水平明显升高,分别与治疗前及对照组的治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),IgM、CD8水平变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊可调节常年性变应性鼻炎患者的免疫功能,与抗过敏药物联合应用可提高其疗效,具有临床实用价值。

Objective： To observe the immune modulatory and therapeutic effect of Mannatide Capsules on patients with perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods： 60 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 in the test group were treated with Mannatide Capsules plus the same drug used in 30 in the control group. All patients were followed up and assessed for 1 month, and the blood samples were collected before treatment and 1 month after treatment for measuring the blood IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE, CD3, CD4 and CD8. Results： In the test group,the total effective rate was significantly higher comparable to that in the control group.After treatment of Mannatide Capsules,blood IgA, IgG, CD3, CD4 andCD4/CD8 were significantly increased.blood IgE was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）, but blood IgM, CD8 were not significantly changes（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Mannatide Capsules can modulate the cellular immunofunction of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis and can increase the curative rate on perennial allergic rhinitis.
