中药灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎(气滞血瘀型)临床研究

The Clinical Research of Chronic Prostatitis(the Type of Qi-Stagnancy and Blood Stasis) Treated with Coloclysis in Chinese Crude Drugs

目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果。方法:治疗组65例以左氧氟沙星胶囊加行气活血化瘀中药保留灌肠治疗,对照组40例用左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗。结果:两组治愈率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组病人均未发生不良反应。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎有一定疗效。

Objective： to observe the effect of coloclysis in Chinese crude drugs to treat chronic prostatitis. Methods： 65 cases of traetment group were treated in Levofloxacin capsule and coloclysis in Chinese crude drugs for promoting qi to activate blood and removing blood stasis. 40 cases of control were treated in Levofloxacin capsule. Results ： there had the significant deviation in cure rate between traetment and control group（P 〈0.05）. Two groups patients had not happened the adverse effect in stage of therapy. Conclusion： the coloclysis in Chinese crude drugs have some curative effect to treat chronic prostatitis.
