摘要
目的:观察早期电针治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:所有患者除采用西医的治疗方法外,全部运用电针治疗,选穴:水沟、印堂、百会、廉泉、涌泉、内关、曲池等。依穴位不同采用不同的手法,每日1次,30d为1疗程。结果:36例中,经治疗3个疗程后,有效率为97.2%。结论:中西医结合治疗早期重型颅脑损伤确可减轻致残率。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electric acupunct to treat serious craniocerebral injury in earlier period. Methods： all patients were treated in western medicine and electric acupuncture. The points were Shuigou, supranasal point, Baihui, Lianquan, Yongquan, Neiguan and Quchi. The Different points were treated with different manipulation. Once is everyday and 30 days were 1 course of treatment. Results： the effective power was 97.2% after 3 course of treatment. Conclusion： conbined treatment of Chinese medicine and western medicine has the function to lessen the mutilation rates in treating earlier periodcraniocerebral injury.
