78 Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated in Decoction for Lactating and Removing Stasis

目的:观察通乳散结汤治疗乳腺增生的疗效。方法:78例患者口服通乳散结汤,20d为1疗程。结果:78例中,治愈21例,显效32例,有效19例,无效6例,有效率92.3%。结论:通乳散结汤治疗乳腺增生效果显著。

Objective ： to observe the effect of decoction for lactating and removing stasis to treat hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods ： 78 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were treated in decoction for lactating and removing stasis and the course of treatment was 20 days. Results： The curing was 21 cases, excellence was 32 cases, effective was 19 cases, ineffective was 6 cases. The total effective rate was 92.3%. Conclusion： the decoction for lactating and removing stasis has the significant effect to treat hyperplasia of mammary glands.
