摘要
目的:观察宣肺泄热类中药配合燥湿化痰类中药治疗支气管肺炎的疗效。方法:麻杏石甘汤加减(炙麻黄、杏仁、生石膏、生甘草、橘红、姜半夏等)治疗支气管肺炎60例。结果:临床治愈40例,显效7例,有效11例,无效2例,有效率为96.7%。结论:本方法治疗支气管肺炎有宣肺泄热及燥湿化痰的功效。
Objective： to observe the open the imhibited luny - energy and disperse heat united drying dampness to diminate phlegm drugs to treat bronchial pneumonia. Methods ： 60 cases of bronchial pneumonia treated in modified maxingshigan decoction. Results ： chinieal curing was 40 cases, excellence was 7 case, effective was 11 cases and ineffective was 2 cases, the effective power was 96. 7%. Conclusion： This methods have better effect to treat bronchial pnewmonia.
