摘要
目的:探讨万托林和普米克令舒压缩雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎治疗效果的影响。方法:126例随机分两组,均给予综合治疗,观察组加用万托林和普米克令舒压缩雾化吸入治疗,对照组予传统解痉疗法。结果:观察组主要症状持续时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.01),首次治疗缓解率及治愈率均高于传统疗法(P<0.05)。结论:万托林和普米克令舒压缩雾化吸入能明显缓解喘憋、气促、咳嗽,缩短病程,在治疗毛细支气管炎中具有重要临床价值,合理的护理在治疗中发挥重要作用。
Objective： To investigate the combine effects of Ventolin and Pulmicort Respules to treat bronchiolitis. Methods：126 patients were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were given the combined therapy, and the treatment group was given additional medication of Ventolin and Pulmicort Respules, the control group was given the conventional therapy. Results： The main symptoms duration and hospitalization days of the treatment group were shorter than the control group （P〈0.01）, first treatment response rate and cure rate were higher than conventional therapy （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The additional uses of Ventolin and Pulmicort Respules to treat bronchiolitis is helpful to cut down the duration of present symptoms and shorten the course of disease. It has important value in clinical. It is important of advisable nursing care in the treatment.
