桡骨远端不稳定性骨折63例治疗分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法:对63例不稳定性桡骨远端骨折采用石膏固定,切开复位螺钉或T形钢板固定及克氏针结合外固定架固定治疗。结果:本组患者平均随访4~10个月,优50例,良9例,可2例,差2例。优良率93.5%。结论:对桡骨远端不稳定性骨折应根据不同类型,采用不同的治疗方法。
