Based on the exploration into the construction principles of curriculum system and teaching content of the undergraduates specialized in science education, the curriculum system is constructed which consists of the curriculum module of education and science＇ s theory, science teaching skill and practice of science teaching. This paper puts forward the construction of teaching content of main courses such as science curriculum and teaching methodology, teaching research of science experiment, science teaching design as well as the teaching skill training, etc.
