高职院校学生技能培养的问题及对策研究

The research on the problems and solutions of cultivation of students' vocational abilities in higher vocational colleges

提高高职院校的学生技能有利于促进我国职业教育的健康发展.通过分析我国高职院校学生技能培养中存在的问题,从学校、企业、政府三个层面,指出要加强高职院校学生技能培养应从通过重视学校专业的合理设置,建设合格的"双师型"教师队伍;完善学校与企业间的学生技能培养体系;政府也要制定优惠政策加大高职院校学生技能培养的资金支持,加强职业资格证书管理,制定地方职业能力标准等方面入手.

Enhancing the students＇ vocational abilities helps to promote healthy development of the vocational education in our country. Through analyzing the reasons of colleges, enterprises and government, this thesis pointed out that with more reasonable specialty setting, double competency teaching staff were constructed; the cultivation system between colleges and enterprises should be consummated; and the government should set down favorable policy to enlarge the supporting funds, strengthen the management of vocational qualification certificate and establish the local vocational abilities standard to enhance the quality of cultivation of students＇ vocational abilities in higher vocational colleges.
