中西医结合治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折54例

TCM combined with Western medicine treated 54 cases of children supracondylar fracture of humerus

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法采用手法复位小夹板外固定结合手术治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折54例,并进行临床统计。结果优40例,良8例,可5例,差1例,优良率为88.9%。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折疗效肯定,术后并发症少。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects in treating the children supracondylar fracture of humerus by TCM combined with Western medicine. Methods Small splints external fixed after manual reduction combined with surgical operation treated 54 cases of children supracondylar fracture of humerus, and made clinical statistics. Results 40 cases were good, 8 eases were better, 5 eases were only mediocre, 1 case was bad. The rate of good and better were 88.9 %. Conclusion There have obviously effects in treating the children supracondylar fracture of humerus by TCM combined with Western medicine, and has few complication after operation.
