摘要
目的探讨淡竹叶中总黄酮的提取方法及其含量测定的方法。方法采用纯物理的工艺流程过程和分光光度法从淡竹叶中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量浓度C=1.385,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.99%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何化学变化及污染,是提取淡竹叶中总黄酮类物质的有效途径。
Objective To explore the method of extraction and content determination of flavones in Lophatheri Gracilis.Methods Pure physical process flow and spectrophotometry were used to extract flavones from Lophatheri Gracilis and validate the extracted flavones.Results The concentration of flavones in the sample C=1.385,average recovery was 100.6%,RSD was 1.99%.The purity and production rate were all quite high.Conclusion Complete physical process is used in this method,without any chemical changes and pollutions.It is taken as the effective access to extract flavones from Lophatheri Gracilis.
