中医实习医师的心理健康状况评估

Evaluation of Psychological Health for Interns of Chinese Medicine

目的研究中医临床实习医师的心理健康状况并进行评估分析。方法采用SCL-90量表和一般情况调查表对958例中医临床实习医师进行调查分析。结果中医实习医师的SCL-90各因子均分(除恐怖外)与国内正常人群的水平比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);女实习医师的心理健康状况不如男实习医师。958例中医实习医师中有324例可能有心理问题,占33.82%。结论中医实习医师存在明显的心理问题,应给予及时的心理健康教育与适当的干预措施。

Objective To assess the psychological health of clinical interns of Chinese medicine.Methods SCL-90 Scale and general situation questionnaire were used for investigation and analysis of 958 clinical interns of Chinese medicine.Results The scores of SCL-90 factors（except terror）in interns of Chinese medicine were higher than those of normal people in China,indicating significant difference（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）in comparison.The mental conditions of female interns were much worse than those of male interns.Psychological health of female interns was inferior to that of males.324 of 958 interns of Chinese medicine（33.82%）had probably psychological problems.Conclusion Interns of Chinese medicine have apparent psychological problems.Prompt education and proper intervention on psychological health should be applied.
