复方薤白胶囊对持续性植物状态合并肺部感染患者的临床疗效研究

The study of investigating the cure effect of capsule Bulbus Allii Macrostemi composita for lung infection of PVS patients

目的探讨复方薤白胶囊对持续性植物状态（PVS）患者肺部感染的控制作用以及对患者意识的改善状况。方法复方薤白胶囊治疗组在常规治疗（抗生素、高压氧）的基础上联用复方薤白胶囊治疗PVS患者院内肺部感染，并以常规治疗组作为对照，观察复方薤白胶囊对PVS患者肺部感染的控制作用以及对患者意识的改善状况。结果加用复方薤白胶囊的治疗组控制PVS肺部感染的显效率为45％，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。在改善PVS患者排痰和大便干结症状方面及提高患者PVS积分、改善意识方面治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；治疗组在治疗1周后白细胞总数和中性粒细胞百分比下降幅度也明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论证实复方薤白胶囊对PVS患者的院内肺部感染有较好的治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the cure effect of capsule Bulbus Allii Macrostemi composita for lung infection of PVS patients and for improving tile level of consciousness. Methods capsule Bulbus AUii Macrostemi composita on the base of the therapy of hyperbaric oxygen and antibiotics to evaluate the objective cure effect of capsule Bulbus Allii Macrostemi compesita for lung infection of this kind of patients and for improving the level of consciousness. ReSUltS The improve rate of the treatmem group was 45% for the treatment of lung infection to which was added capsule Bulbus Allii Macrostemi composite. Conclusion tween the two groups showed that the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Such was the same result on the total effective rate of bettering symptoms,sputum and constipation（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comparison between the two groups showed that the effect of the treatment group in the direction for improving the PVS integration,bettering the consciousness was superior to that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）.
