Practice of Employing Enterprises' Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校企业化办学模式,就是将企业理念融入于校园办学中,通过物化教育、行为引导以及环境塑造,缩小校企差距,打造能用、顶用、好用的企业人才。企业化办学,通过熔铸企业化办学理念、制导企业化办学行为、构架企业化办学平台、渲染企业化办学氛围来实现。

High vocational colleges should try to employ enterprises＇ management mode in their management systems, that is, to incorporate enterprises＇ ideas into their college systems. Through materialized education,act guiding,and shortening the gap between enterprises and colleges,colleges are able to train personnel who wiIl be qualified in enterprises. To realize all discussed above, higher vocation colleges have to incorporate enterprises＇ ideas into the college systems, control and guide the enterprises＇ management systems in colleges＇ construct the platform of employing enterprises＇ management mode in teaching, and play up the enviroment of enterprises＇ management mode on college campuses, and so on.
