自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

Limbal Stem Cell Transplantation Combined with Mitomycin C Treatment of Pterygium

目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法123例171眼在手术显微镜下先行翼状胬肉切除术后,自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C。术后6-36个月随访171眼。结果术后6-15个月随访171眼,4眼复发。复发率为3%。结论常规切除翼状胬肉联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C能有效降低胬肉复发率。

Objective：To observe Limbal stem cell transplantation Mitomycin C The effect of treatment of pterygium. Methods：Of 123 eases, 171 eyes have the operation under the microscope with pterygium excision and Limbal stem cell transplantation combined with mitomycin C. During the 6-36 mouths after the operation, follow-up 171 eyes. The results During the 6-15 months after the operation,follow-up 171 eyes.4 recurrence. Recurrence rate was 3%.Conclusion Conventional pterygium excision combined with autologous limhal stem cell transplantation and Mitomycin C can effectively reduce pterygium recurrence rate.
