摘要
选择刚出雏健康文昌鸡900只(公母各半),随机分为3组:低能组(Ⅰ组),对照组(Ⅱ组)、和高能组(Ⅲ组),每组设5个重复,每个重复30只。试验分为0~2周龄、3~8周龄、9~14周龄3个阶段。试验结果表明:0~2周龄母鸡降低能量水平可以提高日增重和降低料肉比,在Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组间差异显著(P<0.05),3~14周龄母鸡各组间日增重和料肉比差异不显著(P>0.05);0~2周龄公鸡提高能量水平可以提高日增重和降低料肉比,且Ⅰ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组间差异显著(P<0.05),3~8周龄公鸡Ⅱ组日增重和料肉比显著优于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),9~14周龄公鸡Ⅰ组日增重和料肉比显著优于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);能量水平对母鸡腿肌率影响显著。推荐文昌鸡0~2周龄代谢能需要量为11.50~12.12MJ/kg;3~8周为11.70MJ/kg;9~14周为10.70~11.87MJ/kg。
Nine hundred Wenchang chicken (0 weeks old)were randomly divided into 3 groups:low energy(Group Ⅰ ),control (Group Ⅱ )and high energy (Group m),5 replicates each group,30 chickens eaeh replication. The study was divided into 3 periods,0 to 2 weeks age (period 1),3 to 8 weeks age (period 2),9 to 14 weeks age (period 3). The results showed that there were significant improvcment of Group Ⅰ in Wenchang hen on feed/gain and daily gain in period 1,and feed/gain and daily gain were decreased with energy level increasing (P〈0.05). There were no significant difference in Wenchang hen on feed/gain and daily gain at 3 to 14 weeks age (P〉0.05). There were significant improvement of GroupⅡ, Ⅲ in Wenchang cock on feed/gain and daily gain during 0 to 2 weeks (P〈0.05),and feed/gain and daily gain were increased with energy level increasing;There were significant improvement of Group Ⅱ in Wenchang cock on teed/gain and daily gain at period 2 (P〉0.05);There were significant improvement of Group Ⅰ in Wenchang cock on feed/gain and daily gain at period 3 (P〉0.05). The effect of energe level on percentage of leg muscle in hen was significant;ME requirements of Wenchang chicken in period 1,2,3 were respectively recommended as 11.50 to 12.12MJ/kg, 11.70 MJ/kg, 10.70 to 11.87 MJ/kg.
