摘要
针对无刷直流电动机控制系统,对PWM-ON-PWM调制方式作了详细分析,与传统PWM调制方式相比,该方式可以通过消除非换相期截止相续流现象来减小非换相期转矩脉动,同时使换相期转矩脉动最小。经过PSpice仿真和实验证明了其分析的正确性,得出该方式确优于其它调制方式。
A novel PWM-ON-PWM method used in brushless DC motor control system was analyzed in detail. Compared with the conventional PWM methods, the torque ripples both in the non-commutation zone and during the commutation interval were decreased with the novel method. The simulation and experimental results were demonstrated to verify the validity of the novel PWM method.
