摘要
分析了死区效应及其对PMSM逆变器工作状况的影响,提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波器的死区效应补偿方法。该方法通过对系统电流在α、β静坐标系进行系统噪声、量测噪声滤波,从而得到系统的三相电流方向,进而得到死区导致的误差电压矢量,根据误差电压矢量对电压输出进行补偿,实现对死区效应的有效抑制。实验结果表明,该方法可有效改善逆变器输出电流波形,提高PMSM系统的工作性能。
The dead-time effect and its influence on PMSM inverter were analyzed and a method based on Kalman filter to compensate the dead-time effect was presented in this paper. In this method, Kalman filter was used to filter the system noise and measurement noise of the 3-phases windings' current. Then the error voltage vector caused by the dead-time was worked out by the directions of the currents. Finally, the dead-time effect was inhibited by the output voltage compen- sation according to the error voltage vector in the stationary reference frame. Experiment results indicated that the compensation method improved effectively the output current waveform of the inverter, and the working performance of the PMSM system was obviously enhanced.
