藤蟾方对荷人胃源性SGC-7901细胞裸鼠免疫功能和PCNA蛋白表达的影响

Experimental Study on the Effect of Tengchan Recipe on the Immune Function of Human Gastric Cancer Cell SGC-7901 and PCNA Protein Expression in Nude Mice

目的:探讨藤蟾方对裸鼠体内人胃源性SGC-7901细胞的抑瘤作用及对宿主免疫功能和增殖细胞抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达的影响。方法:通过体内实验,观察藤蟾方的抑瘤作用,用脾指数、胸腺指数初步检测藤蟾方的免疫调节作用,用PowerVisionTM二步法检测PCNA蛋白表达水平。结果:给药30天后,藤蟾方组和5-氟脲嘧啶组抑瘤率分别为32.56%、49.9%,同时两组对PCNA表达也有一定程度的影响。结论:藤蟾方对裸鼠体内人胃源性SGC-7901细胞具有一定的抑制作用,其机制可能与抑制肿瘤组织的PCNA蛋白表达有关。

Objective：To investigate the effects of Tengehan recipe on human gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 inhibition and host immune function and proliferative cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） protein expression in nude mice. Methods：The antitumor effect of Tengchan recipe was observed in vivo. Its effect on host immune function was evaluated by thymus and spleen index. Immunohistoehemical method PowerVisionTM was used to assay the expression of PCNA protein. Results： After a 30-day administration of Tengchan recipe, the tumor inhibitory rate was 32.56% and 49.9% in the Tengchan group and 5-fluorouraeil group, respectively. Both drugs had effect on the expression of PCNA protein. Condusion： Tengchan recipe may inhibit nude mice SGC-7901 cells by suppressing PCNA protein in gastric cancer tissue.
