摘要
系统研究线形中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(LMVBR)、星形中乙烯基聚丁二橡胶(SMVBR)、线形1,41,2立构二嵌段中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(LBMVBR)和星形1,41,2立构二嵌段中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(SBMVBR)的流变性能,考察了不同加工条件对中乙烯基聚丁二烯(MVBR)生胶、混炼胶流变性能的影响,结果发现LBMVBR混炼胶具有高剪切低粘度、低剪切高粘度的优异特性。
The rheological properties of LMVBR,SMVBR,LBMVBR and SBMVBR were systematically studied and the influence of various processing conditions on the rheological properties of MVBR and MVBR based mix was investigated.The results showed that LBMVBR featured low viscosity at high shearing and high viscosity at low shearing;SMVBR gave the best overall rheological properties.
