噻嗪酮在番茄和土壤中的残留分析 被引量:10

摘要 建立了一种固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱检测噻嗪酮在番茄和土壤中残留的方法.方法的添加回收率为79.8%—109.2%,变异系数为2.8%—7.0%.最小检出量为6×10-11g,最低检测浓度为0.01mg·kg-1.消解动态研究表明,噻嗪酮在番茄中的消解半衰期为3.27—3.83d,在土壤中的消解半衰期为10.57—12.91d.最终残留试验研究表明,在噻嗪酮含量为432g(a.i.).ha-1与216g(a.i.).ha-1,施药2次和3次的情况下,噻嗪酮在番茄中的最终残留2d为0.076—0.237 mg·kg-1,3d为0.013—0.105mg·kg-1;噻嗪酮在土壤中的最终残留2d为0.067—0.294mg·kg-1,3d为0.044—0.197mg·kg-1. A residue analytical method has been developed for the determination of buprofezin in tomato and soil by solid-phase extraction and reverse HPLC. This method is characterized by recovery between 79. 8% and 109.2%, precision between 2. 8% and 7.0% CV, sensitivity of 0. 01 mg·kg^-1 and LOD = 6 x 10 ^-11 g. The results showed that dissipation rates of buprofezin in tomato were fast with half-lives of 3.27--3.83 d, and dissipation rates of buprofezin in soil were 10.57--12.91d. Final residue in the pilot study showed that in the condition of the application of 432 g ( a. i. )·ha^-1 and 216 g ( a. i. ) ·ha^-1, and application for twice and three times, the final residue of buprofezin in tomato is 2d to amount to 0. 076---0. 237 mg·kg^-1, 3d to amount to 0. 013---0. 105 mg·kg^-1 , the final residue of buprofezin in soil amount to 0. 067---0. 294mg ·kg^-1 after 2d, 0. 044---0. 197mg·kg^-1 after 3d.
