摘要
目的为改进和设计适合国人的人工髋关节假体提供解剖学依据。方法CT测量100例≥40岁的正常人股骨近端解剖学参数。结果小粗隆上2cm处髓腔宽度为(33.2±2.57)mm,小粗隆处髓腔宽度为(23.4±3.62)mm,其下2cm处髓腔宽度为(16.5±1.98)mm,狭窄处髓腔宽度为(9.3±2.17)mm。结论国人股骨近端个体间变异较大。正常成人解剖学数据为设计适合国人的人工股骨假体提供参数值。
Objective To measure the endosteal geometry of the proximal femur to improve and design hip joint pros- thesis for Chinese people. Methods Measure anatomic parameters of proximal femur on 100 adults over 40 years old by CT. Results The width of bone marrow cavity was (23.4 ± 3.62) ram at the level of lesser trochanter, ( 33.2 ±2.57 ) mm at the level of 2 cm above the lesser trochanter, (16.5 ± 1.98) mm at the level of 2 cm below the lesser trochanter and (9.3 ± 2.17) mm at the lever of narrowest marrow cavity. Conclusions There was a great diference among the individuals. The result was worthwhile for providing anatomic basis for designing hip joint prosthesis for Chinese people.
