PCOS大鼠主动脉内皮细胞形态、结构及功能的研究

摘要 目的观察多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠模型主动脉内皮细胞功能及形态结构改变。方法依照Poretsky法建立PCOS大鼠模型(模型组),并设正常对照组。观察两组主动脉内皮细胞形态、超微结构及功能的变化;测定两组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、总睾酮(T)、胰岛素(INS)及血浆内皮素(ET)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)水平。结果造模成功。与对照组相比,模型组主动脉内皮细胞间的连接失去正常形态,基底膜不连续,细胞膜损伤、不完整;胞质内空泡明显增多,线粒体膨胀,嵴溶解、断裂、消失;细胞核聚集,异染色质增多。血浆PAI-1、ET较对照组增高(P<0.01或0.05)。结论PCOS大鼠主动脉存在内皮细胞形态及超微结构发生改变,分泌功能异常。
