摘要 现有石油储罐防腐涂料遇火易燃,耐水性和耐热性较差,影响了推广使用。经材料选择、配方设计和工艺试验,研制成功一种新型阻燃导静电耐温防腐涂料。通过国家权威机构检测和实际使用证明性能良好。 Most of the anticorresive coatings which were popularly used for oil tank were easily burning,its water and heat resistance were quite low,so the application of these coatings was limited.Using some kinds of materials in a special formulation and passing the technical process test,a new anticorresive coatings with flame retardant,static electronic conductive and heat resistant performance was successfully developed.Through the inspection by the authoritative organization and application in practice,it shows good features,factors influcing the flame retardance,static electronic conductivity,heat resistance of the coatings were also discussed in detail.
