外科围手术期抗菌药物临床应用分析

目的:评价外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状。方法:随机抽取外科手术病例174例,依据抗菌药物临床应用指导原则,调查围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况。结果:174例患者抗菌药物使用率达到99.4%,其中二联应用抗菌药物占47.1%,三联应用抗菌药物占4.5%,平均使用时间5.1d。结论:我院抗菌药物应用率较高,各类手术预防用药指征不明确,用药目的和针对性不强,亟待实施规范化管理。

Objective：To study the perioperative use of prophylactic Methods：in our hospital were investigated in respect of the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics based on the principly of the clinincal application of Antibacterials.Results：In 1/4 cases,the ratio of perioperative use of antibiotics were as high as 99.4% ,of which,47.1% were used in combination of two Ends,and 4.5% were used in combination of three kinds. The average duration of antibiotic use 5.08d. Conclusions： The results show that the rate of application rate of antibiotics in the hospital is on the high side, the preventive medication indications were unclear and drug use was lack of special aim, the management on which remains to be standardized.
