摘要 针对矿用电动车在地下工作,环境恶劣,输入电压范围较宽的情况,设计了一款开关电源,主电路拓扑选用结构简单,可靠性高的双管正激电路。文中介绍了其主电路的工作原理,尤其对每种工作模态进行了详细的理论分析,并给出了双管正激电路主要参数的设计。在此基础上,研制了一台交流输入为180V^280V的双管正激变换器。该变换器性能良好,运行可靠,实验结果表明其适合宽范围电压输入并且效率较高,验证了理论分析的正确性。 Aiming at the mining electric vehicles that work underground with terrible conditions and wide range input voltage, this paper proposes a switching power supply whose main circuit structure is dual-transistor forward topology with simple structure and high reliability. It analyses the work principle of this circuit and the theory of each work mode in de- tail, gives design for the main parameters of dual-transistor forward circuit. Then a dual-transistor forward Converter with alternating input of 180 V-280 V is designed, which has good performance and reliable operation. The experiment results show that this converter is suitable for wide range input voltage and with high efficiency.
