摘要
选用草酸、盐酸作催化剂,分段催化酚醛缩合反应,制得了分子量高,分子量分布窄的酚醛树脂,用碱中和,充分水洗的方法降低树脂中游离酚和离子含量,研制成功性能优良的PF2-0823静电复印墨粉用酚醛树脂。研究了各种因素对最终产品的影响,结果表明:加酸量和二次缩合时间主要影响树脂软化点;中和和水洗是保证最终质量指标合格,控制pH值和后期粘度的关键。
Phenolic resin with high molecular weight but narrow molecular weight distribution was prepared by means of stage catalytic condensation,with oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid as catalysts.The product was then neutralized by base and fully washed with water to reduce the free phenol and ion contents in the resin,resulting in phenolic resin PF2-0823, which was of superior property and suitable for blackening used in xerographic printer.The effects of different factors on the end-product were studied,the results showed the acid content and the time of second condensation had effects mainly on the softening point of the resin;the neutralization and waterwashing were the key process for the guarantee of the quality and control of pH value and postviscosity.
