摘要 本文采用转矩流变仪研究了不同配比的PET/HDPE共混体系在不同转速下的加工流变性。结果发现,HDPE明显改善了PET的成型加工性能,使塑化时间缩短,塑化温度下降,加料转矩减小,平衡转矩增大;随着转速的升高,PET/HDPE共混体系的转矩呈上升趋势,塑化温度下降。其中平衡转矩随HDPE组份的增加逐渐升高,而加料转矩在PET/HDPE为50/50(质量比)时达最大;在PET/HDPE(50/50)体系中加入5份EVA平衡转矩达最大,EVA继续增加,平衡转矩逐渐下降。  The processing rheological behaviour of PET/HDPE blends with different blending ratio at different rotor speed was studied by means of torque rheometer.The results showed the processability of PET was improved obviously by the use of HDPE,cutting short plastifying time,lowering plastifying temperature,reducing loading torque and increasing balance torque;the torque of PET/HDPE turned to increase and plastifying temperature to decrease with the increase of rotor speed,in which the balance torque increase and plastifying temperature to decrease with the increase of rotor speed,in which the balance torque increased with the increase of HDPE content in the blend,and loading torque was the maximum when the blending ratio of PET/HDPE was 50∶50(by mass);the balance torque was the maximum when 5 PHR EVA was used to PET/HDPE(50/50) system,but turned to decrease with the increase of EVA content in the system.
