理论界对我国竞技体育体制的研究主要集中在管理、训练、竞赛等领域,对人本思想探讨很少;后奥运时代我国竞技体育体制人本思想应该全面把握以下3点:全面发展运动员素质、立足于运动员可持续发展、保障运动员权益。其中,全面发展运动员素质是基础,保障运动员权益是保证,运动员可持续发展是目的。

Researches done by the academic community on the competitive sports system in China mainly focus on such areas as management, training and competition, but seldom probe into people orientated ideology. In the post Olympic time the following 3 points should be comprehensively grasped in people orientated ideology under the competitive sports system in China： comprehensive development of athlete＇s capacities; sustainable development in favor of athletes; assurance of athlete＇s rights, in which comprehensive development of athlete＇s capacities is the foundation, assurance of athlete＇s rights is the guarantee, and sustainable development of athletes is the goal.
