摘要
开发了用离子交换树脂吸附法以玉米浸渍水为原料制得的植酸钠，再进行加压水解制取肌醇的新工艺。通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件，肌醇的平均收率达到0．16％，产品质量达到国家药典标准。
