摘要
通过对157FMI摩托车用发动机机油泵内外转子齿廓型线的探索,求出内外转子的摆线方程,以便进一步计算出机油泵在发动机不同转速时的排量和流量,为发动机的改型和故障分析提供科学依据,也为国外新机型机油泵的测绘提供计算方法。
After the study on the molded line of the inner and outer rotor of the 157FMI motorcycle engine oil pump, the equation for the cycloid of the inner and outer rotor is obtained, thereby the displacement and the flow volume of the oil pump at different speeds of the engine are calculated, thus providing the scientific basis for the engine modification and fault analyses and offering the calculating method for mapping the novel engine oil pump coming from other countries.
