摘要
阐述了绿色建筑和智能建筑的概念、特点、以及国内外绿色智能建筑技术现状和研究成果,从社会、经济与环境效益等方面探索绿色智能建筑新技术的发展和应用。旨在推进全社会关注并支持绿色智能建筑的应用,促进可持续发展。
The concept, characteristics and current situation of technology of green buildings and intelligent buildings are introduced in this paper. The development and application of the new technology are explored from the social ,economic and environmental benefits. It aims at raising social awareness and getting support from society for the application of green intelligent building, so as to promote sustainable development.
