如何合理设置招标控制价

在《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2008)(以下简称:08《计价规范》)法定实施之际,介绍了招标控制价的概念、实质内容、造价依据、优点及可能存在的问题,着重分析了造价从业人员应如何合理设置招标控制价,并提出了一些避免招标控制价设置不准的措施。

During the implementation of ＇Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works （GB50500- 2008）＇ ,it is to introduce the concept,content,cost foundation,benefits and possible problems of the tender price controlling, to focus on the analysis of the reasonable setting of the tender price controlling, and provide a number of methods to avoid the error of setting of the tender price controlling.
