硝普钠对充血性心力衰竭患者肾功能的影响

Clinical Study of Effect of Sodium Nitroprusside on Renal Functionin Patient with Congestive Heart Failure

目的评价硝普钠对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者肾功能的影响。方法检测128例CHF患者(其中62例合并有不同程度的肾功能不全)静脉应用硝普钠或硝酸甘油前后血浆尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)的变化情况,比较每组用药前后和两组间用药前后肾功能检测指标。结果CHF患者静脉应用硝普钠或硝酸甘油前后BUN,Cr,GFR的变化无统计学意义。结论对CHF患者短期、小剂量静脉滴注硝普钠,并严密监测肾功能安全可行。

Objective To evaluate the effect of sodium nitroprusside on renal function in the patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods Blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate（GFR） were detected before and after intravenous sodium nitroprusside or nitroglycerin in 128 CHF patients（62 patients accompanied with renal dysfunction in different extent）. The changes of renal function indexes were observed in two groups. Results Before and after the treatment of sodium nitroprusside or nitroglycerin, the changes of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and GFR had no statistical significance. Conclusion Under strictly monitoring the renal function, small dose of sodium nitroprusside by intravenous drip for short-term application is safe and feasible to treat the CHF patients.
