摘要
目的建立测定首乌生发颗粒中芍药苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为phenomenex Luna C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(16.5:83.5:0.2),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温室温,检测波长232nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.041~0.820μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.58%,RSD=1.28%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shouwushengfa Granules. Methods Phenomenex Luna 5u C18 (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was taken as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(16.5 : 83.5 : 0. 2), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the room temperature and the detection wavelength of 232 nm. Results Paeoniflorin had a good linearity (r=0. 999 9) in the range of 0. 041-0. 820 μg. The average recovery rate was 97.58% , RSD = 1.28% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is rapid, simple and accurate, which can be applied to control the quality of Shouwushengfa Granules.
