某院围手术期抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

Analysis of Perioperative Antibiotics Use in Some Hospital

目的调查某院围手术期抗菌药物使用情况并进行合理性分析。方法对2006年5月至2007年4月的240份手术患者病历进行回顾性调查,根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》对抗菌药物使用进行合理性评价。结果围手术期的抗菌药物使用率为100%。中位累计使用时间为7d,第3代头孢菌素是临床医师首选的手术感染预防药物,84.17%的患者抗菌药物使用不合理。结论该院围手术期抗菌药物的预防性使用存在用药时间长、剂量大、选药档次高三大突出问题。

Objective To investigate the application of perioperative antibiotics in some hospital so as to provide the information for rational clinical use. Methods According to the Guidance for Clinical Use of Antibiotics, in a retrospective study, 240 medical records from May 2006 to April 2007 were sampled and the data were analyzed in respect to the rational use of antibiotics. Results The utilization rate of perioperative antibiotics was 100.0%. The median accumulative use time for antibiotics was 7 d. It was the third generation eephalosporin for clinician to select for preventing infection in operation. However, antibiotics uses were unreasonable in 84. 17% of patients. Conclusion Long- time, large- dose, and high- ranking use of perioperative antibiotics prophylaxis are the obvious questions in this hospital.
