摘要
对首钢开发的HRB400S钢筋进行了闪光对焊及电渣压力焊工艺试验，并对其碳当量、力学性能和金相组织进行了分析。研究表明，焊接热影响区与焊缝的性能满足相关标准与规程的要求，满足抗震性能要求，焊接工艺性能良好。
The flash butt welding and electroslag welding tests are applied on the HRB400S hot rolled ribbed bar developed by Shougang, and the carbon equivalent, mechanical property and microstructure of the HRB400S are also analyzed. The results show that the properties of HAZ and the welding joints could meet the requirements of related standards and regulations, which could also satisfy the requirements of earthquake resistance and have good weldability.
