总结江西省初始水量分配工作的技术要点,并提出后续围绕水量分配方案的落实需要进一步深入开展的相关技术研究.
The technological gists of initial water quantity distribution in Jiangxi province is summarized. The relevent technological research which need to develop furtherly on implementing water quantity distribution plan is presented in this paper.
