摘要
介绍了江西省上栗县2008年5月28日特大暴雨抗洪工作经验.对造成重大损失的原因进行了分析,并对上栗县城市防洪工程与河道整治工程等提出了建议和对策.
The anti-flood experience of great strom in Shangli county of Jiangxi province on May 28th,2008 is introduced. The reason of great loss is analyzed. At last, the suggestion and countermeasure are proposed on urban flood control engineering and channel regulation engineering.
