摘要
目前我国公共部门人力资源合理流动机制呈现一定生机,但流动态势中的"逆流"、"盲流"等问题仍不容忽视。创新我国公共部门人力资源流动机制,就必须重点创新公共部门人力资源流动的市场配置机制、协调机制、评价机制、激励机制和约束机制。
Mechanism of human resource floating in public sector is filling with vitality, but in flowing situation the problem of jobless migrants from rural areas to cities not to be sneezed at. Innovating mechanism of human resource floating in public sector, the key project is market mechanism, evaluation mechanism, coordination mechanism, incentive and restrictive mechanisms of human resource floating in public sector.
