摘要
介绍超低头铸板坯上进行机械和液压系统的改造,安装轻压下系统,实现轻压下技术的过程。经过多次调试成功实现动态轻压下功能,在板坯内部裂纹、中心疏松及中心偏析等方面取得了一定的效果,已达到提高铸坯内部质量的目的。
Soft reduction technique is implemented after mounting soft reduction system based on improving mechanical and hydraulic system in super low head continuous caster. Satisfactory results have been achieved in internal crack, center porosity and central segregation after successful adjustment, which has improved internal quality of slab.
