摘要
尝试用X射线荧光光谱法分析萤石中的CaF2、SiO2、P和S以及全铁(TFe)、K2O和Na2O,实现多元素同时分析。从样品制备、仪器工作条件选择及基体效应的影响等方面进行试验,找出最佳条件,取得了满意的结果。实验结果表明,用X射线荧光光谱法分析萤石中各元素成分,完全可以满足日常生产分析要求。
Multi element simultaneous analysis can be implemented after trying to analyze CaF2 , SiO2 , P and S, TFe, K2O and Na2O in fluorite ore with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Optimal working conditions are found through experiments from several aspects such as sample preparation, working conditions of instrument and the influence of matrix effect. The result is satisfactory. It shows that components in fluorite with X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy can apply specimen analysis in practice.
