摘要
针对20万煤气储配中心所转供的混合煤气压力波动大、热值不稳定情况,对储配中心混合站的高、焦炉上的三个调节阀的执行机构进行更换,对加压站内1#、2#风机增加一台罗宾康高压变频器来调节机后压力和热值系统。通过改进,机后压力和热值均取得了明显好转。
The actuators of three sets of control valves of BF and coke oven at 200000m^3 gas storage and distribution center have been changed because of the pressure fluctuation and unstable calorific value of mixed gas. After Robicon frequency convert is added to regulate the pressure and calorific value of #1 and #2 centrifugal fans, the pressure fluctuation and calorific value have been improved greatly.
