摘要
南水北调中线一期穿黄隧洞北岸竖井为盾构机始发井,也是将来工程运行的工作井,井体的稳定对隧洞施工和工程运行均具有重要意义。北岸竖井坑底采用高压旋喷加固处理,本文总结了该工程单管法高喷封底加固施工的工艺、材料、质量控制措施和实际取得的效果。
The silo on north bank of Yellow River is built for the beginning of TBM in the project of Yellow River crossing tunnel in the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion. It is important to insure its structure stabilization for the tunnel's construction. We adopted the method of high rolling water and cement compound pressure to reinforce the soil under the silo's bottom. The paper summarizes the achievement and the measures about constructing techniques, material and quality control.
